What kind of diet helps to improve a person’s appearance? What types of

exercise help people look better?

Arrow Nowadays, many people have a problem about overweight because many kinds of food have high calories such as fast food and soft drink. Everybody knows overweight is not good for health and may cause many diseases for example heart disease, atherosclerosis, and osteoarthritis. So, people who have overweight need to lose weight. In my opinion, there are 3 ways to lose weight.

Crying or Very sad First, control your eating because eating is the most reason that makes you have overweight. Dieter must to eat low calories foods because they want to decrease the number of calories that you get per day. You should eat a variety of foods. This because it helps your body to get the nutrients and vitamins it need to be healthy. Eat smaller amounts of food at each meal. You can eat small meals throughout the day, rather than 3 large meals.

Surprised Second, take 45 minutes exercises everyday. From the research discovered that dieting can be success by taking 45 minutes exercises every day. Because exercise can help you to burn out the number of calories and improve overall health. For example, by walking for 1 hour (300 calories burned), play tennis (450 calories burned), and swimming 1.12 km/hr (300 calories burned).Try to find an exercise buddy because may help you enjoyable with your activity and want to do it again.

Shocked Finally, using lose weight drugs. This is the fastest way to lose weight but before you use it, you must to ask your doctor. Because using loses weight drugs have much more effect to your health. Try to use lose weight drugs made from natural if you want to lose weight by this way because it help you decreases effect from lose weight drugs.

Embarassed Overall, there is no the best way to lose weight, if you cannot changes your eating habits and do not take exercise regularly. If you successful to lose weight and after that you back to eat some high calories foods again then, you will return to fat again. What do you think about the way to diet?

Ohhhhhh! I think we have many ways to lose weight but I use exercise to lose weight because it can make me strong.

I think an exercise which help people look better is swimming because when you swim you can excercise all part of your body and that'll make you look good !!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the different ways to loses weight, Drug, Exercise and Eating Control are the best way of the selection to keep your health good.
I think that is very attractive for me and hopefully, I could use this to be a guideline to give myself loses weight.
