My history (arabian history) is full of discoveries and inventions , that was two centuries ago but Unfortunately now days nothing good with our country. we are occupied , narcoterrorism , cyberterrorism , and terrorism!!

Hiiii....
well Iam from the United Arab Emirates. it was established in the 2nd of December, 1971 just one day after the British troops left our beloved land....
the policy of the country is a kinf of combination of monarchy and federalism because it is about 7 cities and each city has its own ruler and its own interior policy whereas all follow the same foriegn policy.
all the UAE nationals are Muslims, but there are many expatriates in our country, Arabs & none Arabs, Muslims & nonemuslims.
our main industry is oil.. |

Where are you from? I guess it could be either Palestine or Iraq? Anyway,
I agree that we were great long time ago and had the most influential civilization �and now we are not�but you should not be pessimistic. This is life remember ( one day for you and one day on you)� we should face our destiny and should work hard to attain what we lost and achieve more and more� you should also believe in yourself that you can do always better and struggle to accomplish greatness�. I believe that we can become once great again because we are more aware nowadays on how to attain that again than our fathers and grandfathers�we can had a plan for the next 30 years coz it would be impossible to say in the near future� we might passed away and could not witness the greatness again, but we can smooth the way for our children and next generations�
Allah bless you and remember that I will always pray for you and for others that Allah will free your country from the unjust occupation

i just wanted to tell you that appreciate your thinking of all Arab n Muslim countries as one because if one of us suffer, we all suffer, we are all like one body no matter how far we are or how the countries's borders separate us. we feel sad for those who suffer, but we should also work together to solve our problems and stop the suffering of all. if the governements fail us, we should be the one, the nation and the people of the country, who will bringd everything to its normal place.....
coloning is always difficult to any nation in this world, as it makes poeple feel like they lost their freedom and dignity
have trust in yourself and believe that you have potential |

Hey, if you are truly from Egypt, then your culture and history is much older than 2 centuries. Egypt is one of the oldest countries in the world. Go back before the Muslim and Christian eras. Egypt was already ancient when the ancient Greeks (the new kids on the block) came to rule it as Ptolemy pharaohs.
Visit the Egyptian Museum of Cairo, learn of your nations great history, and have some pride and hope. The Nile is the soul of Egypt, and it is not about to dry up any time soon!

I'm from Poland and our history is long and complicated too  It's very difficult to write about the most important events because there were so many of them! For example wars: we fought with Germany, Russia, Ukrain and Turkish. Actually there was no century without at least one military conflict. We had many kings, but there were some rulers who lost their crowns and they were only princes. Some kings weren't Polish, some of them were Hungarian, some were from Czech, one was French and one was Russian. What's more our lands were divided by three countries- Austria, Prussia and Russia and we didn't have our own government for 123 years!
When we became free we didn't get back our all land, but only a part of our old country. After the second world war the borders were changed one more time. And of course we didn't decide about it- other countries such as Great Britain, Russia, USA created our country anew. And many, many, many more |
