it's most commonly used as a command...zip your lips!!
or, if you're keeping a secret for someone, you can say my lips are zipped! (or my lips are sealed)

I've heard it used "Zip your lip!" with no 's' at the end of lip. With the 's' is correct, but you might hear it without. |
