Islam people are the same as us. they just have a differ religion. if you were a jew, would you like somebody to call you evil? or would you like it if somebody called what your culture is evil?

You are right, but I would not call them "the same as us". Because they have totally different values than the "western world" has. Thats what Bush and his collegues didn't get yet and where their fault is. You can't change a totllly different culture to fit your view of things, imo.[/quote]

Yes i know they are differnt, like not exactly like us, but they are people like we are. that's what i'm really trying to get into people's heads!

Sometimes I think some muslim people are very extremist. They don't find the proper and peaceful way. In my point of view, we all should live in the world peacefully.

I am from Myanmar which is in the South East Asia.
I would like to discuss about the life of muslim people in Myanamar very much. The legal religion of our country is Buddhism.

well i totally agree with u!! i`m not just saying that because i`m a muslim and proud to be but it`s true that we are people and we have principles and values that we learn from our religon and islam is in no way a terrorist religon or any of that.. i mean that is absoulotly wrong actully the word isalm in arabic mean peace..isalm is all about mercy, peace and love... so i would like ppl to understand the true essance of islam then they can judge!

loooool well VMVM u made me laugh!! and why didn`t they i mean do they have anything against it??... don`t tell me that u think all muslims r like that actully there`s a rutiual in islam before we pray five times a day we gotta wash up it`s called ablution so in order to pray u gotta be fresh and clean.. not dirty and stinky so i don`t think that these ppl were not using the deodrant cuz they`re muslims!!

islam is the religion of cleaness . they don use deodorant because they may be are not religious . our prophet Mohamed said that God showed him 2 people suffered in their graves , why ? one of them doesnt wash him self after going to the toilet !! . prophet mohamed also said before that ,if some one spent one third of his money on perfumes and these staff, is not wasting money . God also ordered us to take to do Ablution before praying , and we pray 5 times a day . and it is better to wash our teeth before praying . also we must take a shower AT LEAST every week and after having sex . i dont think Americans do that . the only people that do that are muslims . prophet mohamed didnt go out of his house before perfuming himself. See how islam cared alot about cleaness and perfumes ! . i dont think that religious muslims dont use deodorants . they all use them.
