Sorry I don't understand this one
Quote:

2. How many percents of people agree with that proposal?

What percent of people....
Quote:

3. I have a problem with my heart.

Okay.
Quote:

4. I may hit the traffic. Can we also say I may hit the traffic jam?

Yes, if you know there is a traffic jam.
Quote:

5. Its not necessary to turn on the air conditioner. I am just one person here.

Okay, but I think "I'm the only person here." might be better.
Quote:

6. I thought you expect me to do it.

Yes, depending on what comes before the sentence and the story behind it.
Quote:

7. I am writing this letter to keep you updated about me.
8. Where do you get on the freeway?

Yes.
Quote:

9. Does your family cook? Yes, they do. No, they dont. Yes, he does. No, he doesnt.

"he" is wrong. Some people use "they."

Questions:
10. This is a biggest slump in Army numbers in a quarter of a century. What does in a quarter of a century mean? How many years?

It should be "the" biggest slump. A century is 100 years, so a quarter of a century is 25 years.
Quote:

11. How do you explain the phrase bring terrorists to justice?

It means take the terrorists to a court of law and punish them if they are found guilty.
Quote:

12. An adult has a fever. Can he see a pediatrician? If not,who can he see?

A pediatrician is a doctor for children. An adult can go to a general practitioner, a doctor of internal medicine, or a specialist for various ailments.

13. How can we call the person who tests your blood sugar?

I'm not sure on this one!

LK, i believe that LC is asking if the sentences are grammatically correct.

1. mobilize - you use a verb here and it should be a noun. i would use mobil.
2. LK is correct...i would use what percent.
3. normally, i would say I have a heart problem, meaning that there is something physically wrong with the heart. the way that it is used in the example statement, it could refer to something other than physical problem.
4. I hit a traffic jam, or there is a traffic jam and i'll be home later than i expected.
5. instead of 2 sentences here, you could combine them and put your opinion in the the sentence. I don't think that it's necessary to turn on the air conditioner, or I don't believe that we need the air conditioner.
6. expect should be used in the past tense form. I thought you expected me to do it.
7-8. LK is correct...these are correct
9. great job!! he is not wrong. in this situation, you can use they, he or she depending on who you are talking about
10. there is a big, or it is the biggest...a quarter is a coin in US worth 25 cents. a quarter of a century means 25 years.
11-12. LK is correct
13. How can we call the person who tests your bood sugar? this question is asking for directions in how to call someone...maybe they don't know how to use the phone. you could also ask who can we call to test your blood sugar? this question means that you don't have any idea who you can call and you are asking for assistance. for example - you are looking at a large list of names of doctors and you don't know their specialties. maybe several names are dentists, maybe several are professors, and other various types.

hope that helps. iitimone7

Maybe you could also ask,

"What do you call the peson who tests your blood sugar?" which means you don't know the name for that kind of job. I don't either Wink

I would say "rotatable". I mean: "The robot is 360 degrees rotatable." (I think it looks like a cylinder...)
If I was wrong, please don't be angry. Mr. Green
