Hi!
I'm living in Igualada, a city near Barcelona, in Catalonia (Spain); I'm 16 years old and my favourite school subjects are languages, such as Catalan and English, that's why I'd like to know someone who wanted to have a pen friend. I'm very talkative and I'm sure I'd answer your messages.

wooow!! when I just now entered into this board, the title first caught my attention!! CATALAN!! OMG! Over one year ago, I got a really gorgeous friend from Catalunya! she is a nice girl with excellent English, and she is my online English teacher!
By talking to her, I got to know that actually Catalunya isn't Spain, she has her own culture and language. for this Catalan's sake, I love Catalunya so much!

Oh, I taught nobody would answer my message!... Thank you!!
I've to said that although the next year I'd have to take the first certificate exam, my English level is not very good...you will notice it.. 
I'm trulyhappy to read your repplies. I hope we'll be friends and I'll improve my English with you.
Redrose, as far as you said...right now Catalonia is from Spain but the situation is really difficult to explain. A lot of Catalans want the independence, but it's quite difficult. The truth is that now there are some changes but...well I don't want to write an encyclopedia. You'll be bored!!
If you want to know something about it, I recommend you to visit http://www.freecatalonia.com it's an old page but tells important things, I think.
