I'm Vietnamese,I know AoDai,too. But I don't like it very much! You know why?It makes me very hot. When my school's principal organises the International day,and students must wear their national costumes,I don't wear AoDai,but I wear a red t-shirt with a yellow star in the middle.
Do you agree with me,although AoDai is pretty nice, but it's not suitable for modern-life-girls and for teenagers at the age 12 like me !?!

Nice to see ur reply, do you have to wear AO DAI in junior high school? When i was a student in high school, i felt uncormfotable to wear AO DAI(when it was too hot or it was rain)...but a bit. Now thinking again i miss so much AO DAI with white color. I think AO DAI is very nice uniform.
I think im older than you but my English is not as good as you. How did you know this website? In this morning when i turned on my computer and receiving ur reply...i felt very happy.
I think i have chance to introduce a little bit about VietNam for everyone who reads this topic.
Have a nice day!
Kim is ur name?

I saw this website in my cousin's handbook.

How r u? Yea...you r so small but i like the way you talking. You must have been lovely and intelligent, right? Which junior high school are you studying? With your age to small to wear AO DAI, i think in high school we wear AO DAI is ok.
I want to become ur friend,ok? We will communicate other topics if you want.
Have a nice weekend!

Yeah, here is a pic for our foreign friends who have not seen "ao dai" yet. "ao dai" is a wonderful cloth! I first wore "ao dai" when I was 5. Sometimes, it's really uncomfortable when wearing "ao dai" but "ao dai" make ladies become charming and girly. All my friends who are boys say that "Vietnamese girls look most beautiful when they wear "ao dai"!"

TO Emma: I really like to see young girl wear "ao dai". They look very lovely! Wink
