Taiwan has already entered the fraternity of developed nations and established a model for the world's developing countries with the continued advancement of democracy, economic liberalization, social pluralization, universal education, and technological standards.

I'm from Taiwan,too.Taiwan is a really beautiful place, and there are many specail places to visit such as Green Island and Mountain Ali. Don't too political, please. We just hope that many foreigns come to Taiwan.

Taiwan is better than China because we are DEMOCRECY!!
They are COMMUNISM......

Hi Charles,

What happened with the economy in Taiwan in 1996-1997 ?? Tell me about that please, I heard that it was a terrible finacial crisis in that time. That is true or false? What happened??

The truth in 1996~1997!!
Our ecnomy lower than before!!
We are one of the "Asia 4 small dragons"
"Asia 4 small dragons" are Taiwan,Hong Kong,Singupore and Japan
..................
But now!!We are stronger than before!!
Our average must higher than China~~
It's TRUE!!~!
