There is a brand which is called "Tommy Hilfiger"

and two actresses Diana Kruger & Kim Basinger

the "ger" we should pronounce /gr/ or /jr/

I heard both of them before

please take the three (Tommy Hilfiger/ Diana Kruger /Kim Basinger)for example
