Hi!!! I am Soi. In my opinion, Junk food is easy food such as chocolate, soft drinks, cakes,ice cream, potato chips, burgers, hotdogs or hot chips. Junk food is very important for many people that they have less time because junk food is fast and convenient. But I think junk food is very bad for health because if the people eat the junk food every day that they don�t receive nutrition. The people that who often eat junk food they have opportunity to be fat disease, heart disease, malnutrition and avitaminosis because junk food is high in salt, sugar, fat or calories and low nutrient content. So I think everybody should to eat food that contain about vitamin or nutrient such as vegetable, fruit or cereals. After you eat necessary food for health you can feel your body is stronger than you eat junk food.  |

I think junk food is not good for my health because junk foods usually contain high amounts of salt. While you eat junk food that it has salts too much, so you will to increased risk of high blood pressure, which is a factor for heart disease. And junk foods like soft drinks, cordials, biscuits and cakes have high sugar content. If you eat junk food that it contain high sugar you will become tooth decay, increased tendency for blood clots, increased risk of colorectal cancer and childhood obesity. I think everybody should eat food that it contain vitamin or nutrient instead junk food if you have more time. And avoid eating junk food for your good health in the future.  |

I would include foods that are high in salt, sugar, fat or calories and low nutrient content are junk food. If you want to eat junk food you will pay more money to buy it and beside you became to fat or increased your weight. So I think junk food is very bad for my life and everybody. Don�t worry about it if you are fat after you eat junk food. You must decreased to eat junk food and do exercise every day. You should eat food that it contain fiber, vitamin, or nutrition instead junk food.
And you can to see the doctor or go to meet dietitian together. I f you can do this you will become slim body and good health better than many people who eat junk food every day. Sure!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think junk food is good for me in some time that i'm hurry to go to class in the morning then it help me dont angry but if i have much time i should not eat it it's made me fat in conclusion it has both good and bad side i will consider when i eat it |

Hi!! I love Mcdonald's. Its menu is different from country to country.I live in Japan .I like "teriyaki"hamburger. It is put soysouce , mayonnaise and so on.It is difficult to write about it. If you come to Japan ,please try it.But Japanese size is smaller than other countries I want to eat American size. I think junk food is not good for our health.so I don't eat it every day. What is your favorite hamburger??And where are you from?? |

My mother always says to me , ' You must eat it!'
Please see the name of raw materials. There are a lot of name of food addicitves. Food addicitve is something like a poison for our body.
We should buy food clevery, and make strong body
If you eat instant food frequently, your bone will be bad. Also you will get disease. |

Nowadays, junk food is very popular in Thailand. Lot of people like it because it is easy to buy and easy to eat. You can buy junk food from department store, convenient store etc. However, junk food is not good for you health, so we should have avoided junk food and tried to eat food which is useful for you. There are two reasons for the people who want to avoid eating junk food. First, junk food is bad for health. It does not have nutrient for health. It you eat too much, you will be diabetes and high blood pressure. In addition, carbohydrate in junk food is cause high weight. Finally, junk food is expensive. The price is not balance with nutrient that you get from junk food. In addition, you should have spent your money to buy something that is useful for health. In conclusion, Junk food is not good for health and it is expensive too, so we should have eaten vegetable and fruits because it is good for health. Do you still like junk food?

Some foods should only be eaten occasionally. Junk food are foods like potato chips, chocolate, cakes, lollies, soft drinks and some takeaway food like hamburgers and hotdogs. These foods are usually low in nutrients and high in salt, sugar or fat. They are 'extras' to be enjoyed occasionally.
If these foods regularly replace more nutritious and healthy foods in your diet, you are likely to become overweight and may develop vitamin and mineral deficiencies and other health problems |

I always thought junk foods were those artificially processed foods. I didn't expect fast foods were also junkfood (although I don't consider most fastfood to be healthy) |

Yooooooooooooooooooo I LOVE JUNK FOOD sooo much !
I always have it and lazy to have the main meals , thats why my parents re really mad
Oh well , i know it's not healthy , not good for health but nowadays , most of teenagers love it sooo much :] 'cuz we can eat it anywhere |

Hi,
I think this topic is really intresting for me when I read your comment/
I never though that Thai people eat a lot of junk food recently.
When I hear about a word 'junk ' food ,I just think about 'America' ,I don't know why. I guess I assumed Americans eat only junk food;like humbergers,fried potatos,pizza, fried chiken etc...
We need to consider more about junk food that will ruin our body if people keep on eating it.A chance to become a diabrtic is much higher than eating healthy food.
Is there anything we could do about it?  |
