It means nothing.
It is probably a misprint for some people.

SoBe is a slang word for South Beach (In California)

It is also the trade name for a brand of soft drinks owned and marketed by Pepsi.

Here is a comment by one lover of the drink. �It is the best brand of drinks ever. They are like liquid hooray or something. Loved by all those in spiffyjuice worlds. It is pure liquid sex.

Here is another: �SoBe is one of the best drinks out there. Comes in lots of flavors, including Orange Carrot.�

However, not all are so enthusiastic. One comment I have found says, �SoBe is a brand of expensive, well-marketed bottled drinks which taste like total d o g s h i t. I would rather drink toilet water than a bottle of SoBe.
