				Hi,
 
Should we use a plural verb or a singular one after (Kind of. sort of,type of+plural nouns)? for example:
 
-What kind of plants (grow/grows) in this area?
 
-This type of trees (doesn't/don't) grow here.
 
-What sort of books (appeals/appeal) to you?
 
Are both correct?
