How is it that the boss of CITIC (State owned) can become a billionaire?
From his salary? I don't think. |

Blossom, most of billinaires are some government officers, especially upper officers. they earn their money by kickback, bribery or something like that.
How dose a person becomes a billinaire? umm, maybe chance is more important than working hard. |

Most Chinese rich people are businessman, and many are from private companies, not just state-owned one. However, if you wish to succeed in business in China, you have to have good connection with the Chinese government. _________________ There's only one life, you'd better use it well. |

but may be is a commen sense that officers in China are forbidden to take in business affairs, it means that they could not become a millionare only by his or her occupation. i think there are many possibilities that why they can so rich, and our country is trying best to fright to corruption, which is an unnormal way to become rich for them.. _________________ COLIN |
