Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett is one of the great classics.
I'm highly recommeding this novel because unlike any other classics, it's really easy to read.

Secret Garden is certainly very impressive and touching. I haven't read the original work yet, but I've seen the movie rewritten according to the fiction. It's quite simple a story, but I think the meaning in it is pretty large. I admire the true friendship among the three kids--sincere and pure.
