Which is correct?

If both are correct, please, let me know.

If none is correct. please, make it right if possible.

1- to call hospital // to call at the hospital
2- to play piano // to play the piano
3- to have a bath // to take a bath

1- to call the hospital
2- I don't think "to play piano" is good English, but I have heard people say "I play piano". It might be OK spoken, but I don't think it is proper English.
3- both are OK!
