RedRose actully salam means ( peace) and that`s our greeting but god bless u is defferent i mean when we say it to the sneezer we mean may god have mercy on u!!  we say (yerhamkom allah) and also the sneezer says after he sneezez (alhamd lilallah) meaning thank u allah!!
i think it`s intersting to know that all the ppl around the world say somethings to sneezing !
