Dear Teachers,

1. How do you go to school everyday?
2. How do you come to school every day?

- Which is the correct sentence?

3. - What's the matter with you?
- What's up with you?

- I've got a headache. - I've got a temperature/ a fever.
- I've got a toothache. - I've got a stomachache.
- I've got a sore throat. - I've got a runny nose.
- I've got a cold.

- Are these natural to say?

Thanks very much to Teachers.

Both sentences are correct, but for me they seek different information or at the very least would be asked in different contexts. Sentence #1 might deal with which route I take to school and be asked by someone unrelated to school, or it might be taken as a snide remark. Sentence #2 seems less common, but I, as a teacher, might ask it of a student.

The think the better choice might be "How do you get to school everyday?"

The other sentences are all natural.

Just my opinion - Kristi
