Just curious....hehe....
I used to work for a hospital as a Physician. one of my patients got a persistent constipation. he once collected all his strengh to get rid of his difficulty....finally, his anus got broken  when he told me the terrible result, I asked him:"are you crazy? since you had a problem to defecate, why didn't you tell me before?"
with a shy smile, he answered:"I thought I could do it by myself!"
Guys, I know everyone have such a problem sometimes. what do you do when you are constipated? |

In such a condition, it's not your head that needs fixing.
I learned long ago that eating my vegies is good for avoiding that problem to begin with (boiled cabbage is good, though I prefer spicy chili beans).

I don't think the thread is weird. after all, constipation is a normal phenomenon, not something evil. so we still can discuss it.
when I get constipated, in general, I would listen to some English tapes or sit down on my toilet, surfing on internet by a laptop.
For example, now I am sitting on my toilet, posting my msgs on Dave's!
