hi everyone,
I don't know, but do you guys celebrate christmas?
well, I do. It's so cosy in the haus at that time.
We ( my family and I) give each other presents,
and we have a huge tree in our living room. Our christmastree.
If you celebrate christmas, how do you celebrate it.
and if you don't: Why not? I think this is one of the best times of the year. what do you think?

As a Chinese, we do not have the tradition of celebrating Chrismas. However, due to the impact of the media and more communication with the outerworld, many young people in big cities begin celebrating Christmas. Then they will stay with their lovers and send each other presents, although they do not have holidays.
Our biggest holiday in China is the Spring Festival. It is a bit like Christma, a day for family reunion. Unlike Christmas, in this special festival we welcome the new year and say good bye to the old one
instead of commemorate Jesus' birth.

hi jeffguroo,
that sounds like my way to celebrate Christmas.. .
I celebrate it with some friends, and we have a dinner and go out or something like that. And I celebrate it with my family and then we give each other some presents etc.
I like the way I celebrate it with my friends the most. i don't know why..

I like the Christmas most, though we didnt celebrate it like other foreign cities.
But lots of stories would offer many kinds of decoration and dress Christmas trees.
Maybe the young generation like me will go to the Christmas party or have a big dinner.
By the way, did you have heard a tale: In front of the Christmas tree, you can kiss the person you love at will. I dont know this tale is true or false, whatever, I still have no courage to try it. And you? |

accroading my english teacher's saying, if you and someone stand below the mistletoe, you can kiss him or her and he or she can't be angry to you. And the mistletoe usually be hanged on the door. |
