i think plastic surgery become very popular in all the world. And also the celebreties who do a lot of plastic surgery because they think their look help them to be more celebrities then they are.
But in my opinion plastic surgery is also for destorted person and who should have to do plastic surgery but if people do not have any problem i think they should not do it because they should have a self confident and accepted their self.

i am with and against the plastic surgery because people that are born beautiful and have one defect have to do the surgery .
in the other hand the majority of the people that doesn`t have any defect they start doing the plastic surgery because they are imitating the celebrities just to impress the guys.....

I think the media has played an important role in encouraging more young women to undertake plastic suregry. The Lebanese youth, for example, are imitating pop singers and actresses. The problem is that they all look the same. It becomes like cloning! Laughing

The Plastic Surgery is the most popular thing in the world specially the girls. We are against this thing because the girls must accept their shapes as GOD created them because GOD gived them the best appearance to them and they have to be satisfied.. There is exception, the people who need the plastic surgery they can do it, but only if they need it so badely. As I think the plastic surgery don't give a better appearence and we have to stay as GOD created us because he knows the best for us so he gave us the best.

I am an atheist. so I don't think God create people. I believe that my parents gave me my appearance and it is not perfect. but I accept it.

For example, some friends told me that they thought my nose looked a little too big, and such a nose should belong to a man, like Jack Chan. However, I am not gonna change my nose's size by plastic surgery. I accept my big nose.

I don't know whether Boob job is plastic surgery or not. one of my friends had a Boob job last year. I once tried to persuade her not to take the Boob job. but she didn't listen. she said:"you can never understand my thoughts. because you have good boobs. but I don't have. so please don't try to change my mind." actually, I just worried about her health. Boob job has some bad sequela. she knew that, but she didn't care.

Maybe plastic surgery is just a matter of choise.

Plastic surgery is becoming more widespread in our society so we have to know why? I think that the plastic surgery is becoming cheaper and easy because of the new technologies. People way of thinking is changing they are looking for more exterior looking but of course there's a lot of good things that plastic surgeries can give like self confidence and make our life easy like in meeting people . Shocked

Plastic surgery for some body is normal and no problem with it because we have only one life and we than we died so he tried to chance to change his own look style by making this surgery. They are absolutely wrong because they change of the creation of god and all know that god is wise in his creation for the human so we make a big mistake Evil or Very Mad

when they do it.

plastic surgery in our society has become a fashion more than a need !
almost all girls try to have a good face ,body,and they forgot the inner beauty of the humans .In fact in some case plastic surgery is really something important like some people that had an accident that change them competely those people really need it .So it has been normal for the people to see their son or dauther doing the plastic surgery simply cause they cannot forbid them it's the jealousy form friends or the fashion that makes the plastic surgery more poppular in our society and all over the world .

Hi all ..
Well like we see there are of people who�s doing plastic surgery now , but I�d 2 ask 1 question what will happen when we become older because we don't know the side effect of this surgeries .
Every one has a some fault in his personality or his face well no body is complete if ur nose isn�t beautiful I think that ur eyes is wonderful so plz try 2 be satisfied in ur look ..

Plastic surgery is becoming more and more popular because there are lots of factors that effect on it :
- first they became more cheaper than before .
- second the technology and the development of the surgery clinics gives you 100% accuracy .
- the jealousy between the women , they want to be beatifull and famous.

finaly , plastic surgery witch becoming very popular isn't a bad idea .
