Hello to everybody over there,

I have another question from the son 1916 by the Motorhead.

I can't understand the meaning of the word "whored" in the following verses.
I know the meaning of the word WHORE but I can't figure out the meaning in this contest. I also can't understand " A thirst for the Hun"

And we brawled and we fought
And we whored 'til we stood,
Ten thousand shoulder to shoulder,
A thirst for the Hun,
We were food for the gun, ...
...

It seems to be a poem about ''WAR".

I think a "A thirst for the Hun" means that they had a thirst to shoot the "Hun".

"Whored" is a bit of a mystery though.
