Hello everyone.
The following is the title of a front page article of todays issue of our countrys leading English newspaper The Japan Times.
It was cut corners or Kimura axed contract: Aneha to Diet
(http://www.japantimes.co.jp/cgi-bin/getarticle.pl5?nn20051215a1.htm)
Is this natural English as a title of a newspaper article? If it is, would anyone please rewrite it was cut corners or Kimura axed contract into easier English?
Best regards,
