Hi!
I wanna know how to use the word "agenda".
When we're doing a presentation, is it ok to say "Here is the agenda..."?!!
I wanna know if is correct to use it as the meaning of "outline" , because my teacher said that "agenda" was only used for meeting situation...
Thanks. |

"Agenda" is often used in a meeting situation, although I have used it in other situations.
The phrase "here is the agenda" is used.
Hope that helps - Kristi _________________ "That man is a success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much." R.L. Stevenson |

An Agenda is the program/plan for a meeting. AN agenda is required for general meetings of corporations.
The structure runs along these lines:
Welcome and introductions (if appropriate)
Apologies for absence
Approve minutes of last meeting
Matters arising from last meeting
List of issues to be raised and covered
Any other business
Details of next meeting _________________ ab2146 |
