I have a question. I hope that someone helps me.
I saw the following sentence. "Literature reflects human activity as carried on by the best minds." I don't understand why you need "as" in this sentence?
Is "Literature reflects human activity carried on by the best minds" a correct sentence?

You are correct..."as" is not needed.
