In Taipei, many culture sites that you can go by bus or MRT. It is very convenient and cheep. If you want to save money to travel in taiwan, I suggest you it's good to go to Kaoshiung. In Kaoshiung, you can eat and live more cheeply. For exsample, if you want to eat in a good retaurant, it maybe spend you NT$700 in Taipei, but it maybe 400 in Kaoshinug. How do you think about? Laughing

Hi
I've never been to Taiwan, but I'd like to visit there sometime in my future. I am from Japan, and I study in the United States. When I went back to Japan this summer for a vacation, I visited South island in Japan called OKINAWA. It was really a fun trip, and I learned there that Okinawa has many things in common with Taiwan, and we can see Taiwan from the coast in Okinawa in sunny days. I have some Taiwanese friends here, so I hope I can visit to Taiawan someday...
