I'm student in university too. When I don't eat morning meal. I don't feel anything for 30-60 minutes. But after that I 'm very hungry. Furthermore, i feel weaker too.

I usually eat breakfast. But sometimes I miss my breakfast because I woke up lately. I 'm very hurry to go to work. When I don't eat anything in the morning. I feel upset so much.

I really like to eat healthy breakfast. I love to eat bread, but I stop when it is too much.

Breakfast is very important to out health, so I always have breakfast every morning. My breakfast usually consists of bread and milk, but sometimes I also have a bowl of soup such as chicken soup or miso soup. By having breakfast we will consume less food in the afternoon.

Of course it's important to eat your breakfast. You have to move all the day, and the morning is only the beginning.

I'm proud of you Naolane..as a student you still make your breakfast comes 1st in ur daily...it's very good habit for us...
i have read an article about the breakfast before. Idea
the best way to keep fit and slim is taking our breakfast consistently and the menu is not to heavy, a simple one but rich of vitamins...
i'm one of the girls in the world that love to try something new in a way to maintain my slimbody and i believe that sally-y is already has a slim body! Laughing
i have practiced taking my simple breakfast last 2 months consistently until now and i realized that i was successful maintain my slim body!believe it Cool
as a student and i have to rush all the time, i need a lot of energy n my simplest breakfast is 2 slices of breads with a glass of skyjuice.. also fruits, half-boiled eggs,a fresh juice and so on as long as it is delicious and good for me...
if you're very interesting to know more about malaysia delighted dishes,you can ask me and why not if we share the best thing in the world-EAtiNg!!! Surprised

I think breakfast is very important too!! Usually, I take a few slices of toast and a glass of milo. I live at college hostel so I can bring limited electronics tools only. That's why I can make fruit juice like you girls! I wish I can try your recipe on fresh fruit at home. So as salad that's should made from fresh vegetables. I know I can buy ready made juice and yogurt but I have no any refrigerator to put them in! So poor of me. Sometimes, I missed the breakfast because woke up late. I can feel the differences. I have not enough energy and I loss my concentration to do everything. It makes me get more hungry than normal. I also can easily get angry and in bad mood. When it comes to lunch, I take a lot of food to cover the breakfast that I have missed.Then, I feel very full and it makes me lazy to do anything. It is a big problem because I have to go to the lecture after that. Sometimes, I feel sleepy. So, I will try to take breakfast everyday. I would recommend the breakfast to everyone so we will face the daily life with full of energy and happiness like Naolene. SAYONARA!!

I agree with Thanyarak, because I also believe that "Breakfast is very important meal which isn't lower than other meal."

From the research of Thai Ministry of public Health was reported that "Consuming Braekfast has effect directly to body growing and brain developing.In less eating breakfast children maybe don't grow not well and brain developing are lowerl than eating breakfast children."

From your breakfast (consist bread, soup, scrambled eggs, yogurt, salad, some fruits and coffee etc.),I think them enough for giving you the good health because you get the energy from carbohydrate in bread , protein in soup , yogurt and scrambled eggs ,and vitamin from salad and fruit.(Ummm I think coffee is bad for studying age ,because it has much caffeine which maybe has effect to brain's system.) All of these, they give you the perfect nutrient! If you can eat them everyday and exercise regularly at the same time,you will get a firm body and be healthy surely!!! Laughing Laughing

My breakfast? I ate some sandwiches and one cup of milk before I went to study ,but I didn't have it everyday ,because I often wake up lately. It sounds bad,right? (-_- llll) Confused Confused

Nowadays, the most people don�t eat any food for breakfast because they have no time. But the abstention breakfast may cause many bad effects. We know the bad effects from the abstinent breakfast for three following reasons.

First, abstinent breakfast have effects on body. Your body is going to weak because our body needs the energy. So, if your body doesn�t have enough main energy from food, your body needs to use the temporary energy from any parts of your body. However, if you let your any temporary energy to be used, it will be empty soon. After that, your body won�t work well. Furthermore, the abstinent breakfast can cause fat because the abstinent breakfast makes you get more hungry than normal. So, you will eat a lot without getting any nutrition from your food.

Second, abstinent breakfast have the effect to your emotions. The abstinent breakfast makes you get the angry in mood because of hunger. Moreover, it make you loss your concentration to do anything because your sugar level in your blood is very low. However, your brain needs it to live.

Third, abstinent breakfast make fat behavior. When we not to eat breakfast we will more eating at other meal and make fat behavior effect. Although we will more eating at other meal we will get snack that have the calories more than food in 1 meal.

In conclusion, eating breakfast is good because every part in our body need energy from food. So, if we don�t eat any breakfast, you may be bringing your body to get working problem. What�s happen with you when you abstinent your food for breakfast?
