Hi,
I've read the following text:
"Productivity:
Take Raytheon Six Sigma to the next level, further engaging Customers, suppliers and engineers. Deliver greater value and predictability to our Customers through the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). "
My question is, what is "predictability"? how do you deliver predictability?
Thanks.

In this case, I think "predictability" refers to systems and their parts working very reliably and with minimal errors. Predictable systems DON'T do strange, unaccountable things.
To predict something is to foretell it (to have a pretty good idea of what is going to happen).
Many kinds of things can be said to be predictable or unpredictable. |
