I have many students. but I can't remember every student's name. because they are too many!!! I just know the names of a few students who are either excellent or very naughty! Very Happy I mean, they must be remarkable.

Chen is one of them. he belongs to the latter, very naughty and absent-minded in any class. Ususally, when I am giving them a medicine class, he always play games with his mobile phone, and sometimes, he answers my question to amuse his classmates, in a funny way. For example, I once asked them:" A patient, with hepatocirrhosis, would have plenty of estrogen in his/her body. and that would result in a chaos of function of body. guess what will happen if the patient is a man?" Chen answered:"that's pretty cool! then the man would get nice skin and boobs, then he dosen't have to watch porn when he wants women! he just needs to watch himself from the mirror!!" Laughing listening to his words, the other students couldn't help laughing. at that time, I felt kinda upset....Chan's answer was funny indeed, but the atmosphere turned into the hilarious noise.

I told him:"I don't think you got the point. actually, if a man grows boobs on his body, and his Adam's apple is gone, he wouldn't want women anymore!!! and he wouldn't want men either!! that's the point." he said:"sounds terrible!"

The next day, I encontered him near to his dorm, I asked him:"Chen, I guess you don't like my teaching, right? you are always absent-minded in my class, what's my problem? and what's yours?" he answered:"No!! teacher!! please don't take it that way!! it's not your problem!!! it's mine!! I am not interested in Medicine, but my parents forced me to learn it. I am the only son of them, I couldn't be against their order. what really interests me is computer."

I felt better when listening to his words, and then I told him:"we have the same experience! my parents also forced me to learn Medicine, but I didn't fool around in class, instead, I leanrt it seriously." he said:"but I am myself, I just can't pretend to like medicine, sorry, teacher."

Actually, I sympathized with him. in China, many children can't choose what they love, including life style, college, future career, even girlfriend/boyfriend sometimes. that's a pity.
