The position of women in society has changed markedly in the last 20 years. Many of the problems young people now experience, such as juvenile delinquency, arise from the fact that many married women now work and are not at home to care for their children.
What do you think about this idea ? |

| Responsibility for children is not a burden exclusive to the females. If the position of women in society has changed, don't you think it is time for the position of men in families to change, too? |

It's a interesting idea. Today, a lot of parent are too busy for their work or business to having much time to care for their children.
I think this is a social problem, it's very complex. _________________ To enjoy the life! |

Yes, so they send their children to grandmothers for upbringing. I think it's a good idea. _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I love inside you everyone else. I love the whole world because of you. I also love myself inside you"

I don't. at first, if I had a child, I wanted to educate it myself. It's my child so it has to be my education. I believe that my mom's (the child's grandmom) education wouldn't be that different from my own, so that would be okay, but on one hand my mom wants to have her own life and not bring up my children and on the other hand, for what do I get children?! so I let other women educate them?! I don't think so.

as for that, I don't think you can say that. It's not so easy, just say it's the mom's fault and that was it.
generally, I'm of KHF's opinion. Why should just women bring up children? just because it's them who get pregnant? I believe that men could also bring up their children, if their wifes go to work.
and especially, I don't believe that such things like juvenile delinquency only depends on the fact that their mother's working. I know so many adolescents who moms and dads are both working, and they have no problem with it.

But that's not good if a 3-year old child lives at home all the day while his mother has to work. For example relating to you.
In this case I think it's better to send them to grandparents, as they 1. have time and experience.
But with this chinese thinking I maybe can't influency your opinion. And I don't want anyway.
However many chinese persons here in Germany send their children to China and will let the children come to Germany when they are old enough. That's very practical because 2. If they work, they won't have that much time in educating 3. They care for their children and are not only egoistic like "it's coming from my stomach, so it's my property". _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I love inside you everyone else. that's absolutely not what I meant. first thing, I never would see a child as someone's property. secondly, I don't intend to have children until I'm ready for it (which can take some years ) and until I have time for them. When I have children, I wwnt to be with them anyway, so no work for me at least not until they are old enough to go to school, so I could work half-time. assuming I have a husband who works. it's much more difficult for a single mom, that's for sure.
so, that's my opinion! _________________ Don't cry because it's over - smile because it happened!

Yes, I see your point.

However, perhaps that's the difference between male and female. I would never quit working.
I agree, too. But I still can't cook very well, and I still don't like shopping. _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I love inside you everyone else. I love the whole world because of you. I also love myself inside you" |

Meantime, you can't get pregnant very well either, you also have a problem to produce baby. after all, men are different from women |
