I prefer fast food. Although people may think that fast food is likely to
make people become fat, but I have my opinion for several reasons.

First, I am not fat. In fact, I am a slim girl. So the idea of getting several
pounds doesnt bother me.

Second, it is convenient to eat fast food. Sometimes this is very
important to me. I work from 8 am to 5 pm, and I often take classes at
night at 6 or 7 pm. I would be in a hurry if I go home to eat dinner, and
go out again to take classes. But if I eat at the fast food restaurant, I can
have plenty of time to eat my dinner and then read newspaper.

Third, there are many people who often eat fast food and finally become
fat. But it is not all the fast foods fault. Sometimes its only because they
eat too much. Recently, fast food stores begin to serve fast food that is
healthier and improved. So I think there is the menu, but the decision is
on us. Moderate fast food is good.

I like to eat at home. When I was a child, I liked fastfood. Because I liked to eat out anywhere. But I'm bored with tastes of them now. That's why I prefer to eat at home.

There's a good documentary on this subject, maybe you've heard of it. It's called "Super Size Me" by Morgan Spurlock. Basically, Mr. Spurlock vows to not eat anything but McDonald's for a month. It's very interesting to see what happens to him physically and emotionally. An added bonus is that his girlfriend is a vegan chef. There is one guy he interviews who eats Big Macs everyday and they consist of 90% of his diet. He's thin though. Like one poster above said, it depends what else you eat. So he eats 2 Big Macs a day, that's about 1000 calories which is less than what the average person eats a day. Anyways, you should check it out just for the entertainment value. Here's a link to an article about it...

Actually,I don't like to eat fastfood.Everytime I ate fastfood,I would have a stomachache. And I still remember there's a good documentary on this subject, maybe you've heard of it. It's called "Super Size Me" by Morgan Spurlock. Basically, Mr. Spurlock vows to not eat anything but McDonald's for a month. It's very interesting to see what happens to him physically and emotionally. After watching that movie, I hate fastfood very much, and I always suggest my relatives not to eat fastfood any more.May be you can watch the movie then you will have different opinion. Exclamation
