The terrorists say they are doing it in the name of Islam, and very few Muslims argue with that. It may be because they are afraid of reprisals, as most Muslims live under dictatorships.
Still, I have heard of few, if any, highly placed Muslims, saying that these terrorists are going against the teachings of Islam.

If it were Catholics doing such things in the name of their religion, do you think the Pope would sit silently by?

About Muslims...
Religion is what people make out of it. Muslims are not born-terrorists neither blood-thirsty primitives. It's does not make sense to stick up that "savage" etiquette on Muslims, because of some radical groups spreading terror. I have many a muslim friends and I haven't witnessed them killing someone.
And scipio, I think
pls don't hurt yourself Mitchy, with all that thinking your doing

Oh, I'm truly sorry. I must have infuriated you by mistaking you for someone who is worth a word, but it's all my fault; I apologize for it.

That's why religion is the opium of the mass.

However, why didn't the western people make a ceremoney for the innocent people they already killed? I suppose the number of these dead people is far higher than the guys who died at 11.9.
And then they say: But these islamic people attacked us, so we have to attack them.
And then terrorism happens and happens, unless someone destroys the whole middle east.

So, another possibility for the USA is to conquer the whole world. Perhaps that's another good idea.

Good enough to grab the petrol from the hands of those "filthy, backward Muslims".
