Hi skate french!!

In my opinion, french cuisine is exquisite. Every part of the cuisine is beautiful. My family loves cooking very much, and my sister makes great Crme Brle. I really love it when we caramelize the sugar with a blowtorch at the end, right before eating.

Other than this, I only know French food from TV. Sad

I'd like to visit a French restaurant someday. I cannot do it here since the city I'm living in right now is sadly, one of the small cities, so there is no authentic French restaurant here. I need to prepare myself though, since the Frech table manner is indeed one of the hardest to master... I need to learn which utensil to use for which food.
