I've already seen it! It's much worse than the first part. Having left the movie theater I wasn't petrified at all... Actually, I advise you to find out about it by yourself. 
Anyway, I like the title

I heard that it's a terrible movie with a stupid twist at the end.
The first 'Saw' was ok - quite a good idea, but some bad acting from that doctor character.
My friend advised me not to bother watching the second one. He said it was a waste of time (sequels often are).
