Hi, teachers.
One of my friends will do announcements at a basketball competition.
At the competition, they want to announce in English and Japanese.
Now, they are wondering how they should announce when a substitute is coming in the court. Is there any set phrase for this?
Or just saying "Substitution - Player No.1 Out, No.2 In."
The friend says that she heard it was announced "Substitution taking so-and-so" at a game but she couldn't catch the words for "so-and-so"part.
Please tell me what the announcement should be.
