My friend told me the following sentance is wrong,
1. what happened?
then,he said it should be,
2. what's happened
which one should be correct ?and...why?

| One expression is in the simple past tense (happened), and the other expression is in the present perfect tense (has happened). Depending on circumstances, either could be correct. |
