is this sentence totally wrong or acceptable?
THE BOY MADE(??) A SCHOOL SHOOTING.
What would a native say?

| I'd say "The boy shot someone (or shot people, depending on circumstances) at school." You also could say "The boy was responsible for a school shooting." But "made a shooting" is not a common expression. |
