It is very good cRPG game. What do you think about it? Action happens in the world of Star Wars , but 4,000 years before new hope.

KOTOR 1 had one of the best stories I've seen in years. Kudos to Bioware; they've done it again after Baldur's Gate. KOTOR 2 looked promising for a while but the bugs and crappy ending spoiled it. I guess it wasn't really Obsidian's fault since LucasArts rushed them for a Christmas release.

I think KotOR 1 is better than part 2 but KotOR 2 is also very good. Smile

I don't like games based on Star Wars Twisted Evil I prefere fantasy RPGs: Gothic, Baldurs Gate 1 and 2, NWN. I like paper RPGs to. What do you think about this games?

Badur's Gate series is great. The revival of traditional RPG in the recent years can almost be entirely attributed to BG. Great graphics (at that time), great music, good voice acting, exciting combat and and epic story. What more can I ask? Smile

Personally I didn't like NWN that much, mainly because of the single player campaign. It sucks compared to BG. I've only played the demo of Gothic, and I liked what I've seen, but RPGs that don't give you party members usually don't spark my interest.

Personally, the best RPG in the known human history is Planescape: Torment. Granted, it doesn't have all the exciting combat, the epic feel or the degree of freedom in BG. However, it has the best story ever, period. The depth and philosophy radiating from the game are immense. Heck, the story doesn't just beat every other game in the market today, it beats a hell a lot of novels on the shelves, too.

I think Planscape is very good but you know that KotOR 2 was make by Obsidian Studio. In Obsidia there are a lot of people from Black Isle Studio.

Yes, I know that. However, it doesn't change the fact that KOTOR 2 is just not as polished as KOTOR 1. I just hope they don't screw up on NWN 2.

Yes. I've got hope that NWN 2 won't is "the same but more". I think that Obsidian Studio can make a very very good game. I'm waitnig for it.
