Which sentence is right?

Yes, it is "You kept me waiting for you for a long time."
Or you can simplify it to:
"You kept me waiting a long time." ("for you" is implied and understood)

Since we use "wait" as a intransitive verb in general,
i think plus "for" is more safe in grammar.
