Is sentence #1 below grammatically correct and natural?
1. My father can�t go without drinking coffee.
I think this sentence is fine. But it could mean a couple of different things, depending on context. It could mean that your father can't leave (depart from one place to go somewhere else) before he has some coffee. Or, in a more general sense, it could mean that your father needs his coffee in order to do the things he usually does and to feel the way he usually feels. |
