Nike's Run London campaign use slogans like "I will run a year," "I will challenge any Tom, *beep* or Paula," "I will test positive for Rigatoni" ...etc.

What does the last one mean??

Well, athletes are sometimes tested for drugs, and if they test positive, it means they have taken the drug. Rigatoni is a kind of pasta. A lot of runners like to eat pasta before they run in a race. My guess is that it's supposed to be a joke about that.
