San Francisco is tourist attraction
like Japantown.
There are many things to see.
Most importantly,Chinatown.It has
many stores where you can buy music,jewelry,antiques,etc.
It is much bigger than Japantown.
This place you must check out if
you're in San Francisco.
Beautiful place?I know Golden Gate
Park and Golden Gate Bridge.
Golden Gate Park is the largest
landmark(place).It has nice scenery.Nice grass and trees to see.
Golden Gate Bridge is just beautiful to see.A very large bridge.It looks very nice in the
afternoon.You have to see it with
your own eyes.
Popular place?Downtown.Downtown is
not a tourist attractin,but nice
place to visit.It is smaller than
Japantown.But lots of people walk
there.Second place,Fisherman Wharf.
Tourist attraction place.It's very
big.Lots to see.You can eat crab
(kani)there.
Pier 39,nice place.Lots to see.

CASSATA SICILIANA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:

1 lt. of homo milk
250 gr. of whipping cream 35%
500 gr Ricotta cheese (referibly bee)
800 gr Sugar
5 gr. of stabilizer
1 gr salt
vanilla beans or vanillin (as judged necessary)
Candit fruits
Chocolate bits
Black cherries.

RECIPE

1. Boil milk with cream (mix A) stirring from time to time

2. Mix well sugar, vanilla, salt and stabilizer (mix B)

3. In the meantime, in a separate container, pour the ricotta cheese

4. When mix A is being boiled pour into it mix B (always stirring them well to avoid burning them), then put all inside the ricotta. Stir well.

5. Put in the ice cream machine

6. Make layers in exit with slices of candit orange, black cherries and choicolate bits.

For 100 Gr of CASSATA SICILIANA = 221 CALORIES - 6,7 % FATS-5,5% PROTEIN

I love sweets too. I want to eat a lot of sweets. But sweets are high
calorie!! I like chips , but chips are very high calorie!!
So I should control my feeling. But someday I want to eat it fullens !!
I made crepe at my high school festival. But how to make crepes are very
difficult.
For example, fresh hygiene , melt chocolate, good rolling and so on.
We challenged to solve these problems. And we had good trusty.
So I think sweets give us some happiness , change of feeling and relax!!
