Do you belong to any professional organizations? If not, you might want to take a look at NYS TESOL: http://www.nystesol.org/esl_links.html
I don't know that there are "trick" questions. I've been asked to describe my teaching philosophy; to explain what ages, populations and levels I've worked with; to answer a grammar question or two as I would to a student; to show my portfolio of projects we've done in my classes; to give examples of successful and unsuccessful lessons; to explain my experience with different approaches, etc. |
