hi any health and fitness tips for a 5 foot 3 200 lbs female in her 20s??

i could do with some good nutrition advice and ways to get in shape
i have let myself go too much. i used to be 135 about a year and half ago.
i didnt realise i put on so much weight till i weighed myself recently. Shocked Shocked

i am not fit in the slightest Embarassed Embarassed


any advice greatly appreciated but not rudeness of course. Wink

You should do a combination of exercise and eating good food. You don't really have to go on a "diet" but you should make sure you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Don't eat if you aren't hungry, and stop before you feel very full. Don't eat just before you lie down. Make sure you get some kind of aerobic exercise (walking, running, aerobics, dancing, swimming, etc.) at least 3 times a week, and more if you like it. Don't drink soft drinks. They are full of empty calories. Don't eat too many sweets, and stay away from fat as well. That's my advice Wink
