Coffee is a very nice beverage for the life ,and It makes life colourful.I can not live without it,especially a " CAFE LATTE" in the morning! Razz

At present, there are two commercially cultivated species of coffee tree, for example Arabica and robusta. Both species are topical evergreens. The coffee is beverage most popular for many people in the world. The kind of coffee at popular is Mocca, Robusta, Cappuccinos. It�s good taste. Thus, we choose to drink a cup of coffee because coffee have 2 advantages.
The first reason is, coffee can decrease for problem health. Drink coffee can protect to Virus in liver �B�, therefore drink coffee can protect to lug as it can decrease cholesterol and it can protect cancer in liver and cancer in the intestines
The other one reason is, coffee can make you active. It can increase efficiency to work. Caffeine subtance in coffee are activates of brains and drink coffee is just enough, so it's help decrease to serious.
In conculusion, at present coffee is a beverage many advantage for health.But it ought to drink coffee just enough that coffee is good.What do you think about advantages of coffee?

From in the old day to the present time human to know coffee is 1,000 year. The coffee is refreshment ample to admire the present time, but coffee then drink suitable and this is 3 reasons for benefit of person to drink coffee.
First for nutrition side for person at drink coffee will to receive quantity of water just enough for body per day and the coffee meat have mineral. So is vitamin have benefit for body. caffeine help to stimulate use power of body then cause to be split of fat
Second for healthy side The person drink coffee will to feel live, excited and Help to reduce moody, Help to reduce drowsy, Help to reduce serious,
In conclusion drinking coffee will give benefit and offense. And drinking coffee to give benefit then we drink suitable.
