Hi sarrah,
There are literally hundreds if not thousands of English learning sites on the web. You can use search engines such as Yahoo! or Google to find the ones you like. Having said that, I know it can be difficult to find the ones that are right for you.
I'll refer one site to you which discusses grammar as well as writing. Formerly well-know for its "Ask Grammar" section, its founder Dr. Charles Darling recently passed away. In honor of his great contribution to English Studies, I refer to you "Guide to Grammar and Writing" - an English learning site developed for years through Capital Community College in Hartford, Connecticut. It contains topics on grammar and writing, as well as a historical archive on grammar questions and interactive quizzes. You can spend weeks reading this stuff. But it's compiled in an organized and meaningful way and has a nice index.

Happy internet hunting and best wishes to your English studies!
