How are things in Taiwan? I guess it must be hot there.
Do you live in a big city or in a small town?
Have you tried typing your question about how to learn English in the search function on the index page of this forum?
You will be able to read many suggestions on how to learn English.

Where are you com from?
Taiwan is worth to visiting. Such as Taipei 101.
I live in Tainan. By the way, Tainan is in southern of Taiwan
It not always so here in Taiwan. Mountains sometime snow in winter.
I want to find a way to learn Englisg.
I major in English in my college. By the way,I am a freshman now.
But I am bad in English.
So I want to find a good way to learn English well.
Can you tell me about your experences in learn English.
