Hi Christina,

They can be boiled (hard and soft), poached, fried (scrambled, over-easy, sunny-side up), etc.

There's egg salad, egg sandwich, eggs benedict, eggs florentine, etc.

The incredible edible egg.

Hi Christina,

When you fry an egg without breaking the yolk, we call it sunny-side up or over-easy.

Sunny-side up is when the yolk is still raw, but the whites are cooked. It looks like a sun in the middle of white! Some people like it a little slimy (a little white still uncooked).

Over-easy is sunny-side up, but turned over and cook quickly so that the raw yolk is completely covered. This is less messy for the eater!

All this makes me hungry too!
