Exercising befits for everybody, every sex and age. Most of the women rarely do exercising so it makes their body weak. In my opinion, it�s good for women who are going to do exercises for there reasons.

Exercise makes every part of body strong. You should play sports that use heavy power and make you lose your weight such as jogging ,badminton ,basketball and aerobic. When you do exercise, it makes your bone thick.

In conclusion, exercising is quite useful for your body. I think woman should pay attention to doing exercise because it also makes the immunity system and flowing of blood within your body is well, are you doing exercise, today?

Hi~everyone, I like playing basketball very much! I began to learn it when I was only 10 years old. It is very difficult tor people to learn basketball well because people should practise everyday.

I joined school basketball team, the coach trained us very strictly! I felt it was difficult, but I told myself, " You shouldn't give up! You must go on practising and you will succeed in the end! "

Now, I like watching basketball match on TV, especialy the NBA games. I believe most people who like basketball also like NBA games very much. My favourite basketball players are Iverson, Kobe and Jorden! They are superman!

I play basketball every monday afternoon with my classmates. We all love basketball~~~

! I like all kinds of sports. My favorite one is basketball, but i play it hardly ever because in Brazil there isn't many courts around to play it. Crying or Very sad

I like basketball and volleybal. But one of my favorite sport is soccer because in my own country I played soccer for 4 years. It's a good sport.

It can be spend the same period to do different thing,such as I can chatting with my friend when I am hiking.

I really really like volleyball and I can play volleyball as well! Besides, I like to watch tennis games and all Olympic Games. Right now, I wish I have free time to learn tennis!^_^!
