Hello Outsider
You do still hear "righto" and "good egg" in British English (the former more commonly than the latter); but mostly in a humorous spirit.
The humour consists of "deliberately using old-fashioned expressions".
(On the other hand, many British people are so addicted to "ironic" usages of this kind, that they become second nature; at which point the "humour" all but disappears.)
