go on a cruise few hours to nearby by crueser(not a ship, small cruiser),
which word shoul i use?
on the dictionally, cruising means that 1 week or more than 2 weeks trip.
i am thinking few sentenses as follows.
*go on a short cruise.
*take a boart trip to nearby by crueser
*went to *** by cruiser.
How do i say??

Hi, Mamei
It's true that some cruises can take weeks or months, but other cruises are much shorter. For instance, it's possible to go on a harbor cruise for an hour or so. (Buy a ticket, get on a ship used for that purpose, and take a tour of a harbor.) There also are short cruises to go whale watching, see dolphins, go to nearby islands, see the coast, etc.
You certainly could say something like "I want to go on a short cruise" or "They went on a short cruise." "Creuser" is not spelling I recognize. |
